Key Worker Model

What is it?

Customised therapy which is recognised by the NDIS as best practice in Paediatric Early Childhood Intervention approach for children 0-6 years
Delivered by highly experienced education and allied health professionals who take the lead role in helping your child achieve all their goals and receive all the support they need
The Key Worker Model not only focuses on therapy, but can support our participant families with information, advice and coordination of services
This can be especially helpful where you have multiple people helping your child, whether they are from Ability Action or from other service providers
